Upper Body & Shoulder Opening

Upper Body & Shoulder Opening is a gentle yet powerful practice designed to release tension, cultivate self-compassion, and invite emotional balance. This class focuses on opening the chest, shoulders, and upper back - areas where we often carry the weight of stress and guarded emotions. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided awareness, you’ll create space not only in your body but also in your heart.

Each session begins with grounding stretches and controlled breathing to calm the nervous system. You’ll then move into a series of flowing postures that enhance flexibility in the spine and expand the front body, such as gentle backbends, supported bridges, and heart-expanding poses.

Suitable for all levels, this class invites you to move with intention and ease, letting go of resistance while embracing openness and connection.
