Arm Balance & Core (Multilevel)

The Arm Balance & Core (Multilevel) class is intended to strengthen the muscles of the arms and core. This class emphasizes the enhancement of body stability through a range of postures that specifically address the center of gravity, including arm balance postures such as the crow pose and fundamental inversion postures such as the shoulder stand and headstand.
