Hatha Yoga (Multilevel)

Hatha yoga is characterized by a more deliberate pace, emphasizing alignments compared to the faster flow-style Vinyasa or Ashtanga yoga practices.

Hatha Yoga (Multilevel) will commence with a short seated meditation, followed by a guided pranayama practice incorporating Kapalbhati, Bhastrika, and Dirga Pranayama techniques.

Students will then engage in standing joint mobilization exercises, focusing on the spine, shoulders, and hips to prepare the body for the practice ahead. The instructor will lead the class through sun salutations to generate internal heat before transitioning into standing and warrior sequences to promote grounding and lower limb stability.

Each session will also introduce 1-2 basic arm balance or inversions poses, and variations of the wheel pose, explained in detail to help students develop arm strength and explore new postures. Inversions may be included in this class.
