Class Reservations | Cancellation 

Reservations are needed for all classes. All students are required to submit payment for the class prior to their attendance. Please be advised of our class cancellation policy, which requires a minimum of 12 hours notice for any cancellations. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a deduction of credits from your account. To avoid any penalties, we kindly ask that you cancel with more than 12 hours notice.

In the event that we do not have a minimum of 3 students required to hold a class, we will notify you at least 6 hours in advance. Your understanding of our small studio business is greatly appreciated.

Bad Weather Conditions

Regarding arrangements in the event of inclement weather, classes will proceed as scheduled in the event of an Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning and Typhoon Signal No. 1 or 3.

However, in the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8, all classes will be canceled and credits will be refunded.
