Welcome to Yoga Bagel’s unique style of Yin Yang Yoga, where the ancient practice of yoga meets dynamic bodyweight training to help you build upper body strength in a gentle, mindful way. This unique session is perfect for beginners and anyone looking to gain strength without lifting heavy weights.

Yang Flow (40 mins):

- Focus: Arms & Core

- Practice: Engage in a series of poses such as Chaturanga (push-up position) to sculpt and tone your arms. Enhance your arm strength further with dolphin poses that focus on building stability and endurance.

- Core Drills: Incorporate simple yet effective core moves to strengthen and stabilize your midsection, ensuring a balanced workout that supports overall strength development.

Yin Stretches (20 mins):

- Purpose: Cool down and recover

- Practice: Embrace the gentle side of yoga with restorative stretches that promote flexibility and relaxation, balancing the active Yang flow with soothing Yin postures to unwind and rejuvenate.
